Connectors and Junction Boxes

Our plates and panels are designed and manufactured with the latest CAD/CAM tools and equipment. Our CAD designers understand audio/visual needs and develop products with the utmost care. Our in-house production uses the latest metal stamping, water jet cutting, machining, milling, bending and finishing tools. All phases of manufacturing are CAD/CAM based, from design through graphic production. These capabilities provide you with the ability to design any size, any configuration, and any finish for your applications. Media Options We'll build the plate or panel you want with the material you prefer. The most common is a 1/8" brushed anodized aluminum. Some people prefer a 12-gauge steel, while others go for embossed steel. Any size up to 80" x 80" is available.

Connector Options

Your plate or panel can be populated with literally any connector — common or uncommon. We use only the highest quality connectors, so your satisfaction is guaranteed. Most connectors are available in solder-back or pass-through style. If you need specialty connectors, buttons, switches, or LEDs, we'll design and build them to your specifications.

Finish Options

A variety of finish styles are available, including vinyl appliqué, brushed anodized aluminum, and powder coat. A wide array of color choices are also available depending upon the type of finish style you select.

Color options for vinyl appliqué include single, multi- and full-process color. Brushed aluminum is available in clear or black.

Text options include imprinted vinyl, silk screen, engraved with or without an ink fill. We can also incorporate logos for a truly customized product.

Pre-Punched Wall Plates

Not sure what configuration you'll need? Forgot to order a custom plate? Pre-punched wall plates offer you the flexibility to populate your plate as you see fit. Now wiring configurations can change without building a new plate. Pre-punched wall plates include 1/8" brushed aluminum, beveled edges, and a clear, anodized finish. We keep the most popular connectors in stock for our pre-punched wall plates for quick shipping.
