DISPLAY DEVICES FEATURES THE PL-2200i/PL-2260i FLAT PANEL DISPLAY LIFTS FOR RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS

August, 2007, Arvada, CO. USA -- www.displaydevices.com -- Display Devices, Inc. (DDI) features the PL Series of flat panel lifts targeted to residential installations. The PL Series lifts are very space-conscious and can be easily integrated into furniture. The PL-2200i will accommodate up to 50" flat panel displays, and the PL-2260i can handle up to 63". Both lifts have a maximum vertical travel of 41", which make them ideal for foot-of-the-bed applications. Other common residential applications include family rooms or home theaters.

You will appreciate the solid, American-made design of the PL Series the moment you press the button on your remote control. Arguably the quietest in the industry, these lifts will showcase the quality of your high-tech TV-viewing room. If safety is a concern, the PL Series is armed with two unique safety features: Finger Safety Guard and Crush Sensor. These two watchdogs are always on guard to ensure that obstructions like hands, pets and foreign objects are not crushed by the lift. If an obstruction is encountered, the lift will immediately stop downward movement, rise up two inches and stop. The lift has adjustments to compensate for heavy furniture finishes, such as granite or marble. Finally, an integrated cable management tray will keep wires where they belong – away from moving parts.
